Life in the Fast Lane

When i was younger i use to feed off having too many things to do in a short period of time.. the adrenalin rush you get when you know your reaching a hollow closing.. but now as i grow older, the feeling comes and goes.. i am feeling it now which is why i am doing so many things at one time.. and i thought since i have not updated my blog in like ages, i will make time, at least 5 minutes for my fav past time..

Life in Singapore has been fast.. coming home today got me taking a long deep breathe of relief as things are much much more relaxed here.. dont get me wrong.. i like it in Singapore very much.. no crazy ass people waiting to snatch you of your belongings and such.. but Malaysia with all its crime and corruption, still feels like home.. :)

I am getting myself ready for a whole month of ship shape work work work as i will be juggling 2 or more things at a time and i am looking forward to it now.. i dont know how i will feel when the time comes but.. hehehe.. right now, its all i can think about..

So my checklist for the coming month would be to endure butt whopping mutli-tasking without complaining... let's see how i do.. :)

It Makes Me Sick

To think that the world is mourning the death of his son, Joe Jackson's actions on CNN, his comments after the BET awards and the pictures taken after Michael's death had me disgusted.. Not only did he not refer to Michael as his son but he did not show the slightest bit of remorse.. i know everyone mourns in their own way.. and we do not expect Joe Jackson being dictator he was to cry on national TV but seriously.. there we so other artist who were not related to Michael who showed more compassion than he did!

Watch This!

Its no wonder Michael never felt truly happy, even with his wealth and the love of billions of people.. the one man he wanted to love him, his own father, did not repay that love.. I feel so sad for Michael.. because i didnt have a good childhood myself.. but no matter what my father did, he was a thousand times better than Joe Jackson.. My father always made sure that i knew he loved me.. even while pursuing his hobby of alcohol.

I have no idea how a man, who is a father, after his son's death, act the way he's acting.. I feel sad for Michael, i really do.. Many people say that without his father, Michael would have never become this famous.. I however, do not think that this success should be a product for Joe Jackson to be proud of.. why?

Here's why.. Michael channeled his sadness in a good way.. he focused on his music.. he did not do what so many young children in his state would have done.. he didnt retreat to a life of drugs or alcohol, instead he used his sadness, from the way his father treated him, to create the art of music like never before..

So stop saying that Joe Jackson was the reason why Michael is who he is today.. I dont think the man in the video below had anything to do with Michael's success except for giving him the pain he needed to run away from..

You dont need to be a behavioral expert to see how Joe Jackson's behavior is inappropriately disturbing...

its sad, really..
